Michael Singer serves as Director of Marketing for FICO, where he is focused on outreach to mortgage and secondary market clients. A seasoned marketing communications professional, his career has included marketing leadership positions with Fannie Mae, where he served as senior brand manager, the Urban Land Institute, where he was vice president of marketing and public relations, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, where he was associate director of marketing. He began his career in financial services marketing at GEICO. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago.

John Toohig is a Managing Director at Raymond James, a Board Member and President of Raymond James Mortgage Company, Inc. and Head of the Whole Loan Group. John joined Raymond James (formerly Morgan Keegan) in September of 2006. As manager of the Whole Loan Group, John’s primary responsibilities include day-to-day trading of whole loan packages, portfolio analysis, transaction management and the structuring of whole loan, participation and various structured products. John’s product focus encompasses both seasoned and new production: residential mortgages (both QM and Non-QM), commercial mortgages, consumer lending, fintech lending, scratch and dent loans, and non-performing assets.

Anita Padilla-Fitzgerald is a seasoned mortgage banker with over 46 years of industry experience. She is the Founder and CEO of MegaStar Financial Corp, MegaStar Holdings, and Take Three Technologies. In 1999, she launched MegaStar Financial, which has ranked among the top 100 U.S. mortgage lenders over the past decade. MegaStar retains and services its agency MSR assets. Recognizing the need for innovation, Anita founded Take Three Technologies, creating LoanMAPS, an all-in-one Loan Origination Software, and TheRuleTool®, a cloud-based solution delivering instant underwriting guidelines to loan officers.
Jeremy Potter is currently the founder of Next Belt Strategies LLC. He’s an advisor and strategist to companies throughout the housing ecosystem focused on technology and consumer experience. Jeremy serves as a fractional executive to several start-up and growth companies as well. Prior to his own advisory firm, Jeremy was a senior leader at Stavvy, a Boston-based fintech and President of titleLOOK, a title insurance technology company. Before entering the startup world, he led Strategy and Innovation in the Capital Markets at Rocket Mortgage in Detroit, Michigan. As a Dodd-Frank attorney, he started in the industry with Norcom Mortgage and Insurance (a family-owned company in Avon, CT). From Norcom Mortgage, Potter joined Quicken Loans as legal counsel that launched Rocket Mortgage. He is a frequent writer and commentator for industry news and publications in housing finance. His podcast, Housing Insiders, just launched on Apple and Spotify. He serves as an advisor to Knox Capital and Bundle, an attorney prepared documents tech platform. Potter is a Board member of several private companies including FirstHomeIQ and CATIC Financial in Rocky Hill, CT.

Prior to her role as president, Kristen served as Finance of America’s chief operating officer. Kristen began her reverse mortgage career in 2004 with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corp. She earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and in 2018 was accepted as a member of the San Diego Coastal Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Terin Vivian is the Vice President and Head of Loan Products in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Acquisitions Division. The Loan Products team has overall responsibility for Single-Family offerings affecting or provided to mortgage borrowers, including the enhancement of existing loan products and the creation of new ones to drive growth in both the breadth and volume of our business. Ms. Vivian leads this strategy for Acquisitions through the ideation, design and implementation of sustainable and scalable mortgage loan products that meet borrower needs and are consumable through our lenders and partners. With Freddie Mac since 2010, Ms. Vivian has more than 15 years of experience managing mortgage credit investments, including program design and implementation for sales, securitization and risk management programs. Prior to Freddie Mac, she worked in residential mortgage-backed securities and loan trading at Bank of America. Ms. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Science in quantitative finance, with minors in economics and math, from James Madison University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
