Jim Glennon is the vice president of hedging and trading client services for Optimal Blue. In this position, Glennon is responsible for leading the analyst and account management teams and overseeing the trading activities for hundreds of mortgage lenders. Glennon joined Optimal Blue in 2012. He plays a key role in growing the team’s expertise and ensuring a high-quality client support experience. As a career-long industry professional with over 20 years of capital markets experience, Glennon has spent time managing lock desks and hedging platforms for two large mortgage banks, where he also served as a VP-level leader. Glennon studied finance and marketing at the University of Denver.

Christy Richardson is the Chief Technology Officer at Pulte Financial Services (consists of Pulte Mortgage, PGP Title, Pulte Insurance Agency), recognized for leading transformative technology initiatives that drive business performance and customer satisfaction. Since 2017, she has overseen the launch of the company’s first digital customer experience strategy improving customer satisfaction and acquisition. Prior to Pulte, Christy served as the SVP/CIO at Mercy Housing where her strategic leadership in IT transformation and M and A activities drove organizational excellence. Christy holds a BA from the University of Oklahoma and advanced certifications from MIT (AI), UC Berkely (CIO), and UCLA (Tech Mgmt).

Chetan Bhatia is a Vice President within Stroz Friedberg’s Cyber Resilience practice where he helps clients proactively manage cyber risk. Chetan has over 20 years of experience in information technology, information security and information risk management and has a track record of delivering results in highly regulated industries such as investment banking, insurance/reinsurance and HR outsourcing and consulting. Prior to joining Stroz Friedberg, Chetan served as Chief Technology Officer of Data Partner. In this role, he was responsible for the technical vision, strategy and roadmap for the organization. He was also a cyber-security consultant for Advance Resources and Consultants, a firm made up of former senior-level government and military officers, where he conducted cyber security risk assessments for organizations awarded federal government contracts. He also worked for Nexum, where he served in a variety of roles such as business development director and practice manager and was responsible for the project management and network/security engineering teams. Before joining Nexum, he worked at Hewitt Associates and Aon, where he deployed and administered security controls and was part of a team that maintained the network security infrastructure protecting the PII of over 75% of the Fortune 500 organizations. Chetan received his bachelor’s degree from DeVry University and Master of Business Administration and Master of Project Management degrees from Keller Graduate School of Management. Chetan also serves as adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis, Marquette University in Milwaukee and Loyola University in Chicago. He has successfully mentored students to complete in the National Cyber League and the National Collegiate Cyber Defense competitions. Chetan is often invited by the FBI and US Secret Service to provide executive debriefings on cyber and other investigative matters. Chetan is also a member-at-large on the cybersecurity education advisory board for Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
Jason Shockey is the Chief Information Security Officer at Cenlar FSB, the leading mortgage loan subservicing company in the United States and committed to the success of every single one of our clients. Prior to his CISO roles Jason served 20 years active duty in the US Marine Corps as a technology leader conducting cyberspace operations, incident response, and cyber risk management. Three of those years he served with the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) at Ft. Meade, MD and was a liaison to the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF). Jason is passionate about helping people get into the cybersecurity industry and leveling up throughout their career. He believes there is a place for everyone on the cybersecurity team.
