Erin Wester is vice president of product management at Optimal Blue, where she brings over a decade of mortgage fintech product management expertise. In her current role, Erin oversees the strategy and experience for the Optimal Blue PPE, Loansifter, and data solutions products. Additionally, Erin manages strategic relationships with a robust network of integrated third-party providers, which enables lenders to seamlessly integrate PPE data into processes across the loan life cycle. Erin has been recognized in numerous industry awards programs and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina.

McEntee is responsible for M and A and Corporate and Product Development at ICE Mortgage Technologies. He started at ICE in 2011 as Senior Director of Corporate Development. Prior to joining ICE, McEntee worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta as a Director and managed the marketing of wholesale lending products, supported new product development and the affordable housing grant program. He began his career as a financial journalist at The Bond Buyer and was the National Editor until 1999.McEntee currently serves on the MERSCorp. Holdings Board of Directors and chairs the Compliance, Governance and Risk Committee. He also is Vice Chair of the Mortgage Industry Standard Maintenance Organization (MISMO) Board of Directors and has served on that board since 2019.McEntee earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Michael’s College and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, where he has taught at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Mandie Pallone has been in the mortgage industry since 2002. Winner of several National Scotsman's Awards including Top Originators, Top Women Originators, and Top Emerging Stars in 2023. Starting as a receptionist at a mortgage company, Mandie has performed many areas of mortgage loan production including processing, closing, origination, and management. Currently as a Producing Branch Manager for Fairway Independent Mortgage, she leads a small team managing her own production as a Loan Officer. Mandie earned a degree in Social Sciences and Women's Studies, so her passion lies with helping underserved populations into homeownership. She works closely with local Down Payment Assistance programs in Denver and Colorado as an advisor and preferred lender for their programs.
Teri Pansing is the SVP of Corporate Closing and a member of the Executive Team at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Teri has over thirty years of mortgage experience including originations in both Wholesale and Retail as well as Management in Operations, Training, and Closing. As the SVP of Corporate Closing, Teri oversees various functions and initiatives with respect to Closing Oversight and Strategy. Teri has served or serves on the Advisory Boards for Snapdocs and Wolters Kluwer. She participates in speaking engagements and presents white pages with respect to digital mortgage including eClose strategies and Remote Online Notarization. Partnering to develop standards for the mortgage industry, Teri serves as a Strategic Partner to the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and serves on the board for Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) to improve the closing experience for future customers. Teri was awarded the Housing Wires Insider Award in 2021 for her work in the area of Closing Strategy. In 2022, she received the Most Powerful Women in Fintech Award from My Mortgage Mindset.
