President and Chief Executive Officer, Fannie Mae

Priscilla Almodovar is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fannie Mae, a leading provider of mortgage financing in the United States, and serves on Fannie Mae’s board of directors. With deep expertise in America’s housing finance system, Priscilla leads a company whose mission is to facilitate equitable and sustainable access to homeownership and quality, affordable rental housing across America. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Priscilla was President and CEO of Enterprise Community Partners, a national organization focused on investing and increasing the supply of affordable housing. Previously, Priscilla was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, where she led two of the firm’s national real estate businesses. Earlier in her career, she was President and CEO of the New York State Housing Finance Agency and the State of New York Mortgage Agency. Priscilla started her career as a partner at the global law firm, White and Case LLP, specializing in international project finance. Priscilla is a board member of Realty Income (NYSE: O), a real estate investment trust. She also serves on the board of New York Road Runners, a non-profit established to help and inspire people through running.

President and Interim Chief Executive Officer, Freddie Mac

Mike Hutchins is president and interim CEO of Freddie Mac. He is a member of Freddie Mac’s Board of Directors and the company's Senior Operating Committee. The leaders of the company's Single-Family, Multifamily, Investments and Capital Markets and Enterprise Operations and Technology divisions report to him. Hutchins has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. Most recently, he was co-founder and CEO of PrinceRidge. Prior to founding PrinceRidge, he was with UBS, holding various positions, including the global head of the Fixed Income, Rates and Currencies Group. Prior to UBS, Hutchins worked at Salomon Brothers, and held management positions, including co-head of Fixed Income Capital Markets.
