Tom Healy, III, VP of Sales has more than twenty years of experience working in sales, marketing and management roles for software, technology consulting and mortgage finance firms. Prior to joining Level1Analytics, his primary role for Level 1 Loans was to oversee product communication, brand awareness and revenue growth for Level 1 Loan's asset valuation services. Prior to joining Level1Analytics, Healy served as the Solution Sales Manager of AAJ Technologies, Inc. as a software consulting services and solutions provider to improve processes. As Director of Sales at Learn.com (now Oracle), Healy provided on-demand learning automation software and services to more than 50 million end users around the globe. He is a graduate of Florida State University.

Matt is an Ernst & Young LLP partner and serves Banking & Capital Markets clients. He leads the EY Mortgage Banking Assurance practice and is based in Dallas, Texas. Matt has significant experience with the application of banking specific accounting pronouncements. Matt holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Kristin Golab started her career at Plante Moran in 2008 and has focused her time within the financial services industry group ever since. She performs and supervises accounting, financial statement audit, and consulting engagements, primarily for financial institutions and IMBs. Golab also performs internal control risk assessments and related testing, including ICFR audits for FDICIA banks and SEC registrants. She the subject matter expert in the firm's Professional Standards Group as it pertains to the mortgage industry, including compliance requirements. She has a B.A. and an M.S. in accounting from Michigan State University and is a member of the AICPA, the MICPA, MMLA, and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Chris Hughes has practiced public accounting since 2009. He specializes on clients in the financial services industry, primarily mortgage companies, public and privately held community banks, credit unions, and other specialty lenders. Hughes assists clients with technical accounting issues and implementing accounting policies and procedures. He has extensive SEC reporting experience in addition to experience conducting audits of internal control over financial reporting and audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards. He also has a deep level of experience with lending compliance engagements, including HUD/GNMA, USAP, and Regulation AB. Hughes is a leader in the firm’s Financial Services Group. He plays an integral role in training and developing staff personnel. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events.
Dustin Pfluger, CPA has been practicing public accounting since 2004, with the past 13 years focused exclusively on the mortgage banking industry. His mortgage accounting expertise allows him to make complex financial information more accessible to his clients, empowering them to make informed decisions. He regularly speaks at industry conferences and webinars throughout the country, and currently serves as a board member and committee member of several committees of the Texas Mortgage Banking Association (TMBA). Pfluger joined CWDL in 2020 as a partner to help lead and grow the mortgage practice.
