Planet Home Lending's Director of Financial Planning and Analysis David Fratangelo's more than two decades of experience spans the correspondent, retail, servicing and wholesale channels, giving him a unique ability to provide forecasts and insights to executive leaders in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Planet Home Lending, he held positions at Capital One, Wachovia, Saxon, and a private equity group.

Tim Haley is a Director in the Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence at KPMG Lighthouse, focusing on banking and wealth management. Haley has extensive experience leading the development of statistical and machine learning models in the wealth management, asset management, and consumer banking domains.
Robert LaPorta serves in Deloitte’s Controllership Transformation practice, advising clients on Digital and Finance Transformation strategies and strategic initiatives, roadmaps to consider including people, process and technology. He supports clients with process and technology enablement including adopting AI spectrum from Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation, machine learning, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), natural language processing and Generative AI. He also helps clients plan and deploy purpose-built solutions with a specialization in close, consolidation and reporting technology, data analytics and ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes. In his role, he is responsible for helping clients develop business case plans, identify ROI and high value opportunities, perform process assessments and standing up operational centers of excellence with governing models. LaPorta has 7+ years of combined public accounting digital transformation experience serving public and private clients across multiple industries. He has technical background in SOX and ICFR, including both as an auditor as well as implementing solutions as a consultant. LaPorta graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accountancy. He is a certified public accountant in Colorado and is a member of the AICPA. He was previously a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
