Janet Jozwik is Head of Climate Risk Analytics and ESG at RiskSpan. She has a deep background in mortgage credit modeling, loss forecasting, and data analytics. Prior to RiskSpan, Jozwik was with Fannie Mae’s credit pricing team where she helped develop the original risk-based pricing LLPA framework. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Kathleen Dufraine is the Managing Director of the Insurance Center of Excellence and Head of the Corporate Flood Program at JPMorgan Chase. With over 35 years of experience as a credentialed and licensed insurance professional, she leverages her extensive expertise to build high-performing teams, ensure compliance, transform business processes, and provide consultative insurance support to lending and servicing leaders. A recognized industry leader, Dufraine is a passionate advocate for reforming the Flood Disaster Protection Act and frequently speaks on this critical topic. Her past achievements include collaborating with the Mortgage Bankers Association to lobby Congress for the creation of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA), developing the ACORD 28 Property Certificate, and co-authoring influential whitepapers such as “Blanket Insurance” and “Due Diligence for Force Placed Insurance.” More recently, she contributed to the first edition of the ABA’s Reference Guide to Flood Compliance.
George Gallagher is Senior Leader - Principal for CoreLogic’s Climate Risk & Natural Hazard Solutions team, focused on Federal Government, Capital Markets, lending and loan servicing clients. Gallagher serves as Education Co-Chair for the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization’s (MISMO’s) ESG Community of Practice (CoP) as well as the Structured Finance Association (SFA) ESG Benchmarking Committee for MBS Policy. He was named a “HousingWire Insider 2023” for his industry work supporting climate education. Gallagher joined CoreLogic in February 2012, bringing an extensive background in commercial & corporate real estate data and technology platforms, as well as commercial development & asset management experience.
Jonathan Glowacki is a principal and consulting actuary in the Milwaukee office of Milliman. He has been with the firm since 2009. Glowacki leads a team of data scientists and developers to provide powerful information and analysis to the mortgage industry through Milliman M-PIRe. Milliman M-PIRe is a cloud-based software that provides a complete end-to-end solution for clients to evaluate direct mortgage investments, credit risk transfer, private mortgage insurance, and insurance-linked notes. The tool includes the necessary data, models, and cash flow structures to evaluate individual transactions and quickly aggregate a portfolio of exposures. In addition to this work, he provides subject matter expertise to mortgage market participants on topics ranging from mortgage repurchase risk to mortgage portfolio valuations.
Prasant Sar heads Single-Family Servicing Policy for the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Since 2015, he has served as the director of Enterprises loss mitigation, foreclosure and disaster response policies. In 2023, responding to the rapidly changing insurance coverage challenges, he assumed primary oversight of the Enterprises' insurance policy development. His team also oversees MSR transfers and counterparty surveillance over servicers and mortgage insurers. For 16 years, Prasant has played a critical leadership role at FHFA including the November 2023 FHFA Single Family Insurance Symposium exploring the affordability crisis in the insurance markets, the 2024 updates to Flex Modification, the creation of payment deferral and the soft landing after the COVID-19 emergency.
