Jason Emory joined PrimeLending in July 2013 and is Senior Vice President of Quality Control. He is responsible for all quality control requirements, origination through servicing, and loss prevention, which includes fraud investigations and agency/investor deficiency notifications. Emory has more than 30 years in the mortgage industry and has held numerous management roles including compliance and quality control. Prior to joining PrimeLending, he spent 9 years with MetLife Home Loans/First Horizon Home Loans serving as Vice President of post-closing and custodian operations until transitioning to Director of Compliance and Quality Control. Emory spent the first 14 years of his career with Chase Home Loans managing in areas of servicing and post-closing. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree in marketing from University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Sharon Reichhardt is the Executive Vice President of Operations at ACES Quality Management and has 30+ years of banking and mortgage industry experience, most of which were spent in the Quality Control department of EverBank. Her previous experience includes external audit management, technology administration and adoption, audit management and reporting for residential mortgage origination, servicing, consumer banking and lending, and commercial lending. Sharon's hands-on experience with ACES both as a client and a team member gives her a unique perspective when working with clients and industry partners.
