CREF Careers Student Fellowship Program

This valuable Fellowship program is for students interested in learning more about internships, jobs, and careers in the $4.7 trillion commercial real estate finance industry. It is designed to help participants learn more about commercial real estate finance and connect with leading professionals who can help them thrive in this exciting industry.

Who Should Apply: Open to current college or university students, applications for the Fellowship are specifically encouraged from underrepresented groups such as non-white or bi-racial; lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender; or female.

When and What: The program will run through the course of the 2024-2025 school year and includes:

Monthly virtual seminars with industry leaders/professionals
Career coaching from HR professionals at leading commercial real estate firms
Mentorship opportunities with top commercial real estate finance professionals
Attendance at MBA’s 2025 Commercial Real Estate Finance (CREF) Convention in San Diego, the largest gathering of CREF professionals in the nation (stipend for travel, lodging, and expenses included)
Consideration for the all-new David H. Stevens Real Estate Scholarship
